Nose: Fruit and cream, yellow ripe pears, vanilla, slightly bitter, oak, malt.
Mouth: Cardboard, pears, apples, spicy, creamy, astringent. Cardboard note very present.
Finish: Flavours die out quickly and gives way to a very bitter oak note.
Bradan Orach means golden salmon in Gaelic. It’s aged in american ex-bourbon oak barrels and was added to the core range in 2009.
